From Jackson – from the corner of Oil Well and Hwy 45 Bypass in Jackson, go North on Hwy 45 to Three Way (approx. 4.5 miles), take the Milan Exit. Follow Hwy 45 until you reach the traffic light in Medina (approx. 5 miles). Go Left to Hwy 152 (Church St). Turn Right to Blackmon Rd, then Left to Middle School Rd (approx. 2 miles). Summerfield is on the right.
